Giga Lotus LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Vecpets. This policy explains our
practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide account-based features (such as cloud saves and cross-device sync), we require you to provide us with
certain personally identifiable information:
- Email Address: Used for account creation, authentication, and secure login via Firebase
Authentication.
- User ID: A unique identifier generated by Firebase to associate your game data with your
account.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to power our game:
- Firebase Authentication: To securely store your email and manage login sessions.
- Firebase Cloud Firestore/Realtime Database: To store your in-game progress (Vecpets data).
3. Data Retention and Security
Your email address is stored on Google's secure Firebase servers. We implement commercially acceptable security
measures to protect your data, but please be aware that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Account and Data Deletion
How to delete your account:
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate
this by:
- Using the "Delete Account" option found in the Vecpets Settings Menu.
- Emailing us at contact@gigalotus.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Upon request, we will remove your email address and all associated game progress from our Firebase servers within 30
days.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable
information from children under 13. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with an email,
please contact us immediately.
